PAYMENT
Payment for products ordered through BraBeCute website can be made by
- Credit cards(VISA, MASTER CARD)
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
SHIPPING CHARGES
BraBeCute would deliver your order by SF Express.
- It would charge you HKD$30 delivery fee if your order is less than HKD$ 299.
- Additional fee is applied on pickup or delivery at non-industrial / commercial address.
- We are not responsible for misleading orders (e.g. receive wrong address/ receiver/ phone number or if the delivery address is post office box, hotels or government offices etc.). The parcels will not be returned. No refund will be given to the customer.
- The Goods typically arrive within 14 working days (excluding Saturday and Public Holiday). We will not be responsible for delay caused by customs restrictions or any delay however caused.

RETURN POLICY
Refund policy is applied to 7 days from the date of customers received your package (Products that marked as “Non-refundable are excluded). BraBeCute would not accept any return after 7 days once customers received our products.When return any products, please fill in “BraBeCute Return form” come together with products’ original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es). BraBeCute is not responsible to any missing delivery.
Each order can only accept once return only. Except “Non-refundable” products, all products could exchange for same products which is different size/ color. Customers have to bear the shipping charges,
The following items are not accepted for returns:
- Washed or worn items (exclude fitting), or items that have been damaged by your usage
- Items lacking original labels, price tags and packaging
- Items lacking accessories that were sold together with the original product and related receipt.
For any damage items, please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with evidential documents to show its defect. BraBeCute is responsible to the shipping charges. Please allow 7 working days to precede your returned items.
