Wearing a non-padded/ thin lined everyday bra, Stand up, then relax your arms and shoulders.
Place a tape measure just below where your bra sits. Just make sure that the tape is parallel to the ground and straight at all times to get the measurement.

Now take a measurement around the fullest part of your bust. Again making sure your tape is not too tight and not too loose and it’s straight across your back, parallel with the ground.
