How Often Should You be Replacing Your Bras & Underwear?
When your panties ……
They’ve lost their shape & support
Our breasts change a lot more than we realize, so supporting them the right way is of the utmost importance. After all, support is the exact reason we wear a bra in the first place. Get measured at least once a year to make sure you’re supporting your breasts properly.
As far as underwear is concerned, countless wash cycles can wear them super quickly, so we recommend replacing them every six months. Besides, what girl doesn’t love some sexy new underwear?

They are uncomfortable
Even if you purchase a perfectly fitting piece of lingerie, shrinkage in underwear or band movement in bras can happen in the wash. Undergarments are supposed to help you (seriously) so don’t be sad about tossing the ones that hurt you.
If they smell
Give your stuff the smell test. This goes for bras for ladies and underwear for both genders. Polyester can easily look great — and smell terrible. And no, there is nothing you can do to get that weird bacteria smell out. You could try hanging it in the sun, which I have used with some success on sports bras short-term — but that smell always comes back. It’s time to change.
BraBeCute suggests should replace your underwear (at least) every 6 months.
